📦 Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 1–3 business days after shipment.
💰 Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $50. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
📍 Tracking & Restrictions
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
- Coverage: We currently ship to domestic addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations.
- Address Errors: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the packaging so we can issue a replacement.
